Description
If the new TV channel has a different video frame size to the old one, but the video type is the same a graph rebuild is not triggered. Some decode filters can handle this, others can't. The mod fixes this by detecting the size change and triggering a partial graph rebuild.
h4. Steps to Reproduce
Both channels need to be on the same mux/transponder, and have the same video type (MPEG2/H264) but different frame sizes e.g. SD->HD switch.
