Watchdog crashes if MediaPortal.xml does not exist. MediaPortal.xml is created after first run and save of MediaPortal configuration. The situation is handled gracefully if you try to run MediaPortal before having run configuration - MediaPortal configuration is started. However the watchdog crashes on attempting to start MP.

h4. Steps to Reproduce
1. Move or rename MediaPortal.xml to simulate a new install.
2. Start the watchdog.
3. Select any option.
4. Click proceed.
5. ==> unhandled exception ==> crash in mode 1 and 2, error message with no logs in mode 3.
