Filename and path casing causing minor problems in My Videos (especially with DVD rips)

    Description

      Lowercase of index file name (VIDEO_TS.IFO) for DVD rips result with no cover art in My Videos share display even if it exists. Also external changing cases for videofile path and updating video files in My Videos configuration doesn't change path in the video database.
