If a user has the 'hide taskbar in fullscreen mode' option checked and MP crashes while in fullscreen mode, the user will be left without a taskbar.
To recover from this, the user has to run explorer.exe again or run MP again and exit it cleanly.
It would be better if WatchDog recovers the taskbar for the user.

h4. Steps to Reproduce
1. Run MP in fullscreen with the 'hide taskbar in fullscreen mode' option ON.
2. Crash MP (kill process in task manager).
3. WatchDog will notify user MP has crashed. However taskbar will remain hidden.
