When a shortlived process is using a tuner powerscheduler causes an exception while iterating the clients.

h4. Steps to Reproduce
Turn on powerscheduler and watch TV from a remote client. Some errors will appear:

System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.

This is because a client has disappeared during the iteration of clients.
