The date format shown for Scheduled Recordings is different if using Series mode or not. The date format should be consistent in both scenarios. Moreover one of these formats always used 24h format, where the OS regional settings should be used instead.

2. Observe date format for scheduled recordings.
3. Switch to/from Series mode and observe date format again.
