The new GUIMenuButton control preserves the legacy behavior of GUIButtonControl where the GUIButtonControl launches a dialog window with a list of from which options to choose. The GUIMenuButton embeds this behavior (thereby removing from the MP plugin code) as well as offering skinners the ability to leverage the GUIMenuButton for the alternative rendering of the button with an embedded spin control (not requiring the use of a dialog to make selections).

This issue will collect all the changes to the MP plugins for this implementation. Affected buttons include:

MyVideos: Layout, View
MyMusic: Layout, View
MyPictures: Layout, View

Skinners will be required to make skin changes to be compatible with this set of changes.
