      Add new control for increased skinning flexibility while preserving legacy behavior.

      Final implementation requires that in-built plugins (videos, pictures, music, etc) be modified to use the GUIMenuButton control. Once this control is added to SVN I'll incorporate the GUIMenuButton into the in-built plugins.
