If network monitor is activated the network takes more than 3 minutes to start at boot (blue circle in tray over the network symbol). This also causes problem for the tvserver to start.

h4. Steps to Reproduce
- Activate powerscheduler plugin in tvserver and configure network monitor.
- Reboot PC
- Look at the network icon in tray at boot
