Since we have removed a number of plugins, and decided to 'disable' the Wizard in Settings, these xmls should be removed from the default B3 skins.

There are also a number of old xmls for long gone plugins which can be removed.

This will also help avoid confusion for new skinners wondering what these xmls are for.
