Description
Files with multiple values are formatted inconsistently. In playlist listview the value is always "artist a | artist b" but it appears that in now playing we are trying to set this to "artist a; artist b"
In now playing screen and overlay you can end up with both formats showing (see steps to re-produce)

h4. Steps to Reproduce
Add multiple values to artist ID3 tag separated by ;
Add this track to playlist
Add a track by a different artist to playlist
Add the first track to playlist again
When you go to now playing you will see "artist a | artist b" as now playing artist. If you then skip to the second track you will now see "artist a;artist b" as the next track artist. Then if you skip again you will see "artist a; artist b" as the current artist
h4. Additional Information
I guess this could also happen on other multi-value fields such as album artist / genre / composer
