Sometimes on MediaPortal startup you can see that the first text(Delay countdown & wait for TVServer to start) on screen is on localized language & not the one selected in Configuration.
This also means that local language file is loaded even if it's not used.



h4. Steps to Reproduce
1. Use a OS with language set to other then English,
2. In MediaPortal Configuration -> General -> Skin -> Select English as language,
3. & in General -> Startup Delay select it & set time to 30 sec & save
4. Start MediaPortal in fullscreen & watch text on splashscreen, you can also see in the mp.log that local language strings is opened.

My logs from 1.2.0 debug mode is attached to show "2010-09-30 20:00:14.133354 [Info.][MPMain(9)]: Loading strings file: strings_no.xml" even when english is selected.
