Thumbs are neither displayed nor generated for Videos in Shares view.

h4. Steps to Reproduce
DISPLAY:
1. Go to Videos Shares View
2. Select a Video File
3. No thumb is displayed

GENERATION:
1. Add a video file to a folder configured for Video Shares
2. Select the file in Video Shares
3. Look in thumbs\videos folder - no thumb has been generated

It appears this change results from fix for Issue 2945: Thumbnail creation can generate an exception.
