I tried to install:
http://www.team-mediaportal.com/files/startdown/1982/

Steps:
Executed the .mpi file.
A window popped up saying: "This is a old format file. MpiInstaller will be used to install it!"

Expected result:
A new window or something like that would popup and i can install the mpi.

Real result:
Nothing happens.

Workaround:
Go to the install folder of MP. Execute "MPIInstaller.exe" and install it from there. There no shortcut in my start menu so a normal user won't find it.
