If the first file you play in MP is a 23.976fps file later playback of 50i/60i/25p files show micro stutters in fixed intervals. Very bad with PDVD9 codec, better with other filters. If the first file you playback is 50i/60i/25p the problem does not occur.

- start Mediaportal
- play a 23.976fps file
- pay a 50i/60i/25p file
- check the stats renderer and look at the tearing test to see stutters without dropped frames.
