MyAlarm plugin should be removed as it was decided by a team voting.

We had the following options:

[*]no tv client on MP (My Alarm needs to be handling its wakeup itself), requires a new process plugin
[*]communication with tve3 client plugin / PS plugin when TVE3 is used
[*]some elegant way to keep PC awake when alarm is ongoing (so that TVE3 service wont shut PC off)

but it would have required a developer which have to code the relevant changes.

Since this plugin is rarely used we decided to remove it and move the source code to plugins' svn.

If anyone want to take it over, he can work on it and release it as a community plugin.
