When TV is paused in TV home and then you go to full screen TV, the record icon shows in the OSD.

If you are already in fullscreen TV and hit 'pause' then the record icon does not show.

This is when no recording is taking place. If TV is recording, the record icon always shows, as it should!

Happens on server, client, Vista and XP, Blue3 and Blue3Wide.

h4. Steps to Reproduce
1. Go into the TV module and turn on TV (without automatically going into fullscreen video mode).

2. Hit 'pause' on your remote.

3. Hit 'right' and 'ok' to go into fullscreen video mode.

The OSD will be showing, and at the left, the record icon will be visible, even if you are not recording.

Happens on Blue3 and Blue3wide.

If I am already in fullscreen video mode before hitting 'pause' then record icon is not showing (unless I am actually recording!).
