When you insert a DVD (and have autoplay enabled) then a dialog box appears. If you press NO in that box you will get the box again.

Note that this only happens if you have multiple DVD drives. I verified with 2 real DVD drives.

I posted the MP.log below. Only 1 disc was inserted during the test, but it seems to be detected twice.
