The lower res the video, the better you see them.
I can provide you with an example video.
this is with vmr9 renderless, I tried mediaplayer classic on vmr9 and this played back fine.

Overlay has because of this a much better picture, I never knew it was because of vmr9, I thought it was the codec doing this. SO I never reported it....
