Commercial skipping does not work if logo file exist

    Description

      In Comskip ini you can decide if logo file is deleted or not and default setting is don't. This will cause MP to look that logo file for commercial breaks.

      h4. Steps to Reproduce
      1. Change in Comskip.ini delete_logo_file=0
      2. Start TV recording
      3. Wait until first commercial break is over and a bit more
      4. Stop recording
      5. Play recording - no commercial skipping
