When you first come into your remote settings for your USBUIRT, the option to click "Learn MediaPortal Command" is not grayed out and when you click on it, it produces an unhandled exception.

Only when you click "use your remote to control MediaPortal" should this option be available. If you check that option and uncheck it, then "Learn MediaPortal Command" is grayed out.

Basically the fix for this is to have "learn Mediaportal Command" only available when you first click on "use your remote to control Mediaportal".

h4. Steps to Reproduce
1. Install the latest build.
2. Go under remotes and go to usb-uirt (don't know if this only shows up if you have a usb-uirt)
3. Click on "Learn Mediaportal command" and it produces the error.
