1. Streaming mode is unreliable
2. Issues of playlist mode:
- tracks start playing after skip only for some seconds until the next track starts
- covers might be reset due to bad timing
- new api calls for ban and love are not implemented
3. It's not possible to enter own streams
4. Last.fm suffers from an endless loop in PlaylistPlayer if BASS bails out
